摘要
上海自贸区改革开放任务与"一带一路"倡议具有内在一致性,后者成为前者制度创新的新平台和重点。上海自贸区的制度创新还受制于沿线国家国情的巨大差异性和复杂性。上海自贸区制度创新的成效将受到"一带一路"倡议落实效率的检验。
The task of reform and opening-up of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ)and the Belt and Road Initiative(B&RI)is intrinsic consistency,the latter is the new platform and emphasis of the former on institutional innovation.The institutional innovation is also enslaved to huge diversity and complexity of countries along the B&RI.The effect of SHFTZ’institutional innovation will be examined by implementing efficiency of B&RI.
