美国是世界上的柑橘主产国,其柑橘产业经过长期的发展,已经形成了一套完整的知识产权保护体系。本文基于对美国柑橘产业品种权、商标权、专利权及地理标识保护的分析,探讨其柑橘产业知识产权体系的形成与发展,并就中国当前柑橘产业知识产权法律制度的现状及问题进行分析,提出了中国柑橘产业知识产权法律保护的路径。

United States is the world's major producer of citrus industry.Its citrus industry has formed a complete system of intellectual property protection over a long period of development.Based on the analysis of variety right,trademark right,patent right and geographical indication protection of the American citrus industry,the formation and development of the citrus industry intellectual property system was studied.And on the current status of the citrus industry in the intellectual property rights legal system applicable,the problems and proposed laws to protect citrus industry intellectual property were put forward.
