关于国外考试取消我国内地“违反规定”考生成绩的反思

Reflection on Cancellation of Exam Results of China Mainland Examinees by Foreign Exam Authorities for“Regulation Violation”

最近雅思(IELTS)官方和SSAT官方先后做出取消我国内地考生考试成绩的决定。这被一些舆论质疑为歧视中国考生。本文分析了这两起事件的根源,指出考试评价的价值在于真实、客观。国内培训机构和考生的应试思维必须转变。同时,这也给我国考试社会化改革诸多启示。只有推进考试社会化改革,才能让考试机构重视评价质量和声誉,也才能引导社会转变考试观。

Recently, IELTS and SSAT officials have made decision to cancel the test results of some mainland examinees, which is questioned by public opinion as discriminatory to Chinese examinees. In this essay, I have analyzed the roots of the two incidents, pointing out that the value of examination evaluation is in its authenticity and objectivity. While China's domestic training institutions and examinees must change their way of thinking on exam preparation. At the same time,these incidents also provide revelation on China's reform of socialized examination. Only through promotion of the reform of socialized examination, the exam organizations can attach importance to evaluation quality and credibility, thus lead to transformation of social attitude towards examination.
