摘要
学校办学的常规运作、特色示范高中的建设、自主发展的内在追求,这些因素促使浙江高中实施自主发展性评价。该评价综合了自主发展性评价的取向,分解了学校主体构成要素,构建了以五大领域为维度的"选择性发展指标体系"。浙江省高中学校根据指标体系反映的要求,自行设计行动指标,突出自我责任和自主选择。本文提出的七步自评模式、评价机制建设等操作策略,有助于普通高中走上自主选择、自主评估、自主调控的持续变革之路。
Motivated by the routine operation of schools, the construction of model high schools and inner pursuit of self-development, the education administrative department of Zhejiang province was to carry out the self-development evaluation in high schools. The evaluation summed up the target of self-development evaluation, decomposed the important factors of the construction of a school, and established a selective development index system. The system has 5 dimensions which respond 5 fields of the school construction. Every school was required to establish a operation plan to improve situation,highlight the responsibility and self-selection by comparing the school real position and the index system.This paper presents a operation guide which contains a mode with 7 steps for self-evaluation, construction of evaluation mechanism. These suggestions are helpful for schools to develop with self-selection,self-evaluation and self-adjustment healthily.
