摘要
以某车型路噪轰鸣声为研究对象,首先通过试验测试和声腔模态分析获知问题产生的原因为声固耦合。然后针对问题频率,提出利用仪表板下方空间加装大容积低频谐振腔的噪声控制方法。最后试验验证表明,该方案使得噪声峰值下降6dB(A),有效控制了低频路噪轰鸣声问题。该技术可为类似问题的控制与优化提供参考思路和方案借鉴,具有一定的工程应用价值。
This paper took the'Boom'road noise as the research object and found out the reason is structure-acoustic coupling through experiment and acoustic modal analysis firstly.Then the method of noise control was proposed with the application of a large low frequency resonator under the dashboard.Finally,the results verified by experiment show that 6 dB(A)is reduced at the noise amplitude and the'Boom'at low frequency is controlled efficiently.This method provides approaches and references for similar problem and has a great value in engineering application.
