烧结机台车在线更换装置的应用

Development and application of on-line replacement device for pallet car of sinter machine

烧结机是生产烧结矿的主要设备,而当前故障台车的更换耗时长、劳动强度大。本文讲述的烧结机台车更换装置将烧结机头部外曲轨分为三部分,采用简单易维护的结构,实现了台车在线自动无料更换,提升了生产效率,大大降低了台车更换对烧结矿产量的影响,提高了烧结生产的自动化水平。

The sinter machine is the main equipment for producing sinter.Currently,it takes long time replacing the malfunction pallet with high labor intensity.The sinter machine feed end outer curved guide rail is divided into three parts by the sinter machine pallet replacement device which is designed by Shandong Province Metallurgical Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and the easy-to-maintain simple structure is adopted.The automatic on-line non-load replacement of pallet is realized,the production efficiency is improved,the influence of pallet replacement on sinter output is reduced significantly and the automation level of sintering production is increased.
