摘要
针对烧结矿和球团矿在用酸溶解过程中存在不溶物的问题,本文采用偏硼酸锂高温碱熔制样,解决了采用酸溶制样存在酸难溶物留有残渣的问题。同时和常规碱融法相比,还可解决常规碱融法使用钠盐熔剂存在钠元素干扰,无法测定钠元素含量的缺陷。结果表明,试样熔融后用稀酸溶解制成的澄清水溶液,实现了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定钾和钠元素含量的目的,方法检出限为0.012和0.020μg/mL。通过和国家标准物质的比对,该方法准确度、精密度能够满足烧结矿和球团矿样品中定量分析要求。
As the interference of sodium element exists in the sodium salt flux used for the conventional alkaline fusion method which has the defect of not being able to determine the sodium content,the high temperature alkaline fusion sample with lithium metaborate is used to solve this problem.At the same time,compared with the acid dissolution method,it can also solve the problem of insoluble acid residue in sample.After the sample is melted,dilute acid is dissolved to make clear water solution,thus the purpose of determining K and Na content at the same time by using inductive coupling plasma atomic emission spectrometry is realized.Through measurement of the national standard substance,the accuracy and precision can meet the quantitative analysis requirements of sinter and pellet samples.
