介绍了绿色建筑和绿色设计理念,以沈阳市规划大厦项目为例,结合严寒地区气候特征,分别从场地设计、建筑设计、暖通设计、给排水设计、电气设计及建材选型等方面所采用的技术措施,来说明绿色设计理念在实际工程设计中是如何落实的,证明了绿色设计理念对建筑节能减排是行之有效的。

This article introduces the green building and the concept of green design.Taking the Planning Building of Shenyang as an example,combining the climate characteristics of severe cold region,the article illustrates how to implement the concept of green design in the real engineering design through the site design,building design,heating ventilation and air controlling design,water supply and sewerage design,electric design and selection of building materials.The results prove that the concept of green design is beneficial to the building energy conservation and emission reduction.
