基于模糊序关系分析的成员单位准入评价方法——以建筑特色科技产业基地为例

Access Evaluation Method of Member Units Based on Fuzzy-Order Relation Analysis:Take Construction Industry Base with Special Technology as an Example

为加强建筑特色科技产业基地成员单位准入环节的管控,研究了建筑特色科技产业基地成员单位准入性评价问题;界定了建筑特色科技产业基地的内涵,分析了其基本特征,并给出了建筑特色科技产业基地准入性评价的原则,构建了评价指标体系;运用模糊序关系分析方法确定了准入性评价指标的权重,给出了准入性评价指标值规范化处理与集成技术;通过应用实例验证了基于模糊序关系分析的准入性评价方法的可操作性,为建筑特色科技产业基地成员单位筛选提供了方法支撑。

To reinforce management and control on access evaluation of member units for construction industry base with special technology(CIBST),access evaluation problem of member units for CIBST is studied.The connotation of CIBST is defined,and the basic features of CIBST are analyzed.The access evaluation principle of member units for CIBST is given,and the evaluation index system is established.Fuzzy-order relation analysis is adopted for determine weighting coefficients for access evaluation of member units for CIBST.Index value standardization and integrating techniques for access evaluation of member units for CIBST are designed.The maneuverability of above method is testified by application instance,and above method provides support for member selection of construction industry base with special technology.
