Research on Early Warning Method of Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity

阐述了城市综合承载力的内涵,按照其内涵分类选取具有代表性的指标,建立城市综合承载力预警评价指标体系;运用无量纲化法将预警指标标准化,在指标标准化的基础上,由模糊评判法综合得出城市综合承载力预警级别;从经济、资源、环境等方面提出了应对不同预警级别的措施。

This article explains the connation of urban comprehensive carrying capacity.According to the classification of connotation,this article selects the typical indexes and establishes the warning evaluation system of urban comprehensive carrying capacity.Using dimensionless method,the article processes the warning index.On the basis of the index standardization,the article calculates the weight of fuzzy matrix.Utilizing the fuzzy evaluating,the article draws a conclusion of the level of warning.From the aspects of economy,resource and environment,the article puts forward some early warning methods of different levels.
