基于CCIT模式的蚁族群体住房供应风险研究

The Risk Research of Ant Group Housing Supply Mode Based on the Pattern of CCIT

考虑公租房建设中的主要限制因素,结合蚁族群体的特点引入政企合作的公共租赁住房供应模式(CCIT),并构建蚁族群体住房供应的CCIT模式;对CCIT模式构建过程中相关主体所涉及的风险因素进行分析,构建评价体系,选用层次分析-灰色聚类相结合的方式,评价风险体系,提高评价结果的可信度和科学性;通过实例验证得出:蚁族群体的CCIT的住房供应模式风险程度适中,具有较强的适用性。

Firstly,the paper considers the main limiting factors in construction of the public rental housing.It introduces the government-enterprise cooperation mode of public rental housing(CCIT) supply based on the characteristics of ant family,and then it builds the ant families' CCIT mode in the housing supplies.Secondly,the article analyzes the risk factors that the related individuals may meet in the construction progress of CCIT mode. In order to improve the reliability and scientificity,it builds the evaluation system and applies the method which combines AHP with grey clustering to evaluate the risk system. Finally,the paper uses the example to testify that the ant families' housing supply CCIT mode has a moderate risk,and the model has a strong applicability.
