生态文明视角的区域城镇发展策略研究

Research on Regional Urban Development Strategies from Perspective of Ecological Civilization

提出生态文明视角下城镇发展的主要策略:城镇发展容量与自然资源系统相协调;基于生态环境的本底特征制定差异化的区域发展政策;城镇生态空间优先保护。以昆明大都市区内各城镇为研究对象,基于土地资源和水资源评价计算出区域内各城镇的发展容量,提出"人口-资源"协调策略;通过城镇生态环境敏感性分析,从生态稳定、资源承载、环境质量方面提出城镇差异化发展策略;提出昆明市区生态空间优化保护策略。

Under the perspective of ecological civilization,the basic meaning of urban development includes there parts: urban development capacity should be in harmony w ith the natural resource systems; different regional and urban development policies need to be made based on the characteristics of ecological environment; urban ecological space should be protected preferentially. The paper takes Kunming metropolitan area as the case study and calculates the development capacity of every tow n based on the evaluation of land and w ater resources for population-resources coordination strategy. The different urban development strategies including ecological stability,resource carrying and environmental quality,are proposed according to eco-environmental sensitivity analysis. The protection strategies for ecological space in Kunming city are made.
