沈阳经济区城市综合承载力评价分析

Analysis and Evaluation of Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity in Shenyang Economic Zone

从资源承载力、经济承载力、基础设施承载力、社会承载力以及环境承载力等方面构建了城市综合承载力评价指标体系,并对沈阳经济区城市综合承载力进行了评价分析。结果表明:沈阳经济区8城市中,沈阳市核心作用明显,但各城市发展不够均衡。与辽宁沿海经济带对比,沈阳经济区环境承载力整体水平较高,但其基础设施承载力及社会承载力仍有差距。

This study built the evaluation index system of urban comprehensive carrying capacity from the follow ing aspects including resources carrying capacity,economic carrying capacity,infrastructure carrying capacity,social carrying capacity and environmental carrying capacity. Then the study evaluated and analyzed the urban comprehensive carrying capacity of Shenyang economic zone. The results show that the core effect in Shenyang is obvious in eight cities of Shenyang economic zone,but cities have an unbalanced development. Compared w ith coastal economic belt in Liaoning province,Shenyang economic zone's environmental carrying capacity 's overall level is higher,but there is still a gap in infrastructure carrying capacity and social carrying capacity.
