新媒体视域下高校青年教师思想政治工作新探

The paper analyzes the advantages in ideological and political w ork that new media produces for young teachers of colleges. It discusses many features of new medium communications w hich include diversity,complexity,equality,interaction,entertainment,fragmentation,appearance and emotion. These features bring great challenges to young teachers 'ideological and political w ork about politics,positive,unique direction,authority,procedure,pattern,rationalization and theorization. According to the facts of ideological and political w ork of colleges,the paper illustrates people should change minds to succeed in young teachers' political education,strengthen the utilization of new medium and improve the netw ork accomplishment of young teachers.
