摘要
以高校外语教师访问学者为例,对国内访问学者制度的现状进行了分析,指出其在管理体制、监督机制、个人意识等方面存在的弊端和不足,提出了将教育部、选派单位、接受单位和访问学者个人四方力量紧密结合的优化策略,以更加系统化、科学化地发挥其作为高校人才培养平台的作用,为进一步推动高等教育师资队伍的建设和发展做出重要贡献。
Taken visiting scholars from foreign language teachers as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic visiting scholar system and elaborates the problems in such aspects as the management system,the supervision mechanism and the individual consciousness. In the end,it proposes that the M inistry of Education,the selecting units,the accepting units and the visiting scholars should coordinate their efforts to bring its role as university training platform into full play scientifically and systematically,making great contributions to promote the faculty construction and development of higher education.
