近代沈阳商埠地预备界两套路网之考证

Textual Research on Two Sets of Road Network of the Prepared Zone in Commercial Port of Modern Shenyang City

针对近代沈阳商埠地预备界在1931年前后地图上呈现出两套不同尺度的方格网道路的情况,经过对地图和文献资料的考证分析,指出1931年以前地图上的预备界的方格网道路实为早期规划,并未得到建设实施,同时指出在中国人绘制的近代沈阳地图中也存在尚未付诸建设的规划内容,进而对此结论进行了深入的分析与论证。

Aiming at the situation that the maps before and after 1931 present tw o scales of grid patterns on the prepared zone in the commercial port in Shenyang,this paper,through the analysis of the maps and the literature,pointed out that the grid pattern on the map before 1931 w hich w as the early planning used to measure and rent the lands,has not been implemented. M eanw hile,the paper comes to the conclusion that the modern Shenyang map drew by Chinese also exists the plan content that has not been built,then w e w ill carry in- depth analysis and argument on this conclusion.
