中国对外工程承包行业存在的主要问题和对策研究

Research on Main Problems and Solutions of Chinese Foreign Engineering Contracting Industry

收集、整理了2004—2013年包括《工程新闻记录》在内的多种国内外资料,并以中国对外工程承包市场总体发展情况为基础,统计、分析了中国对外工程承包的总量、市场、行业构成等数据,归纳了中国对外工程承包在当前国际工程承包市场中存在的地区和行业分布单一等主要问题,剖析了问题成因,提出了坚持国际化质量标准、促进联营体机制建设、提升专业性技术实力、加强综合性人才管理等解决对策。

A huge amount of data from ENR( 2004 to 2014) and other sources have been collected and sorted in this paper. Based on these data and the Chinese international engineering contracting development,Chinese international contracting revenue,market shares and structure by market have been statistically analyzed. Some problems such as the Chinese contracting focused market and distributed industrial field are far too simple in currently international contracting market. On this basis,this paper has been summarized and reasons of w hich have also been dissected. Thus,solving countermeasures like maintaining international quality standards,establishing project joint-venturing system,promoting the specialist contracting capability,and strengthening comprehensive human resource management have been raised.
