基于Ecotect软件分析的居住区微气候环境研究——以山东省临沂住区为例

Research on Micro Climate Environment in Residential Area Based on Ecotect Software Analysis: Taking Linyi in Shandong Province as an Example

以临沂地区某住宅项目为例,通过Ecotect软件模拟,从风环境、光环境、热辐射等影响因素方面对规划住宅小区的单体朝向、建筑间距、布局形式进行了分析,并依托分析结果,对该项目规划方案的合理性进行了评价,进而提出了优化建议和改进措施。

Taking the example of a residential project in Linyi,this paper analyzes the planning of the direction of a single dormitory,building interval and form of a residence community layout by Ecotect softw are simulation from the influential factors of w ind environment,luminous environment and thermal radiation. Based on the analysis results,it estimates the rationality of the planning scheme of the project and further puts forw ard optimization suggestions and improvement measures.
