Evaluation on the Sustainable Development Prospect of Intelligent Cities Based on FAHP

以智慧城市的可持续发展前景为切入点,从智慧行政、智慧产业、智慧经济和智慧民生4个方面入手,建立智慧城市可持续发展前景综合评价指标体系,在以层次分析法(AHP)确定各评估指标权重的基础上,利用模糊综合评判法(FCE)对智慧城市的可持续发展前景进行全面评估,并以具体案例验证该方法的可行性,就智慧城市的可持续发展前景进行分析评价。

This paper took the sustainable development prospect of intelligent cities as the starting point and established a comprehensive evaluation index system from four aspects: intelligent administration,intelligent industry,intelligent economy and intelligent people's livelihood. Based on each evaluation index w eight confirmed by the analytic hierarchy process( AHP),the paper utilized FUZZY method to comprehensively evaluate the sustainable development prospect of intelligent cities and tested the feasibility of this method by virtue of specific cases,and then analyzed as w ell as evaluated the sustainable development prospect of intelligent cities.
