Formation and Architectural Landscape Features of Taiyuan Commercial Street of Shenyang in Modern Times

通过对近代时期沈阳太原街商业街区的形成背景和历程,及其商业发展与商业建筑建设的梳理,分析了在特定的历史发展时期多种因素影响下的商业业态发展状况,探讨了商业街区的沿街体量关系、建筑外部造型和建筑外部装饰等问题,总结出近代沈阳太原街商业街区的建筑景观特点。

This paper takes the historical background of the modern city of Shenyang as the premise of study. Through presenting the formation background and process of commercial district in Taiyuan Street and its business development and the construction of business buildings in modern times,the commercial development status which was influenced by many kinds of factors during specific historical developmental period is analyzed. This thesis discusses dimension relations along the street,exterior form of architecture and exterior decoration of building and so on in business district. The features of construction landscape in business district in modern Shenyang are concluded. On this basis,unique features which are possessed by modernized business district in Shenyang are formed.
