以住宅建筑套内空间适老化改造方法为研究对象,通过对当前居家环境适老化改造先行案例的审视,阐析了老年群体特征条件下的适老化改造理念,思考基于居家养老方式下的住宅空间适老化改造方法,探究如何遵循适老化改造问题导向,运用住宅空间三大系统下的"菜单式细化"和"模块化统筹"来完成改造项目。

This paper studies the reform of interior residential buildings of aging modification through a large number of research cases to check,analyzes the concept of aging modification under the characteristics of aging groups,and considers the methods to reform interior residential buildings of home-based care for the aged people. The paper explores how to follow aging reform guidance to use 'menu refinement'and 'modular co-ordination'under three systems in residence space to complete the renovation project.
