This paper analyzes Xi Jinping’ s theoretical and practical basis of the people-centered thought,explores the connotation of Xi Jinping’s people-centered thought,and teases out the principle of Xi Jinping’s people-centered thought. It explains the value implications of Xi Jinping’s people-centered thought in three aspects: revealing the dominant position of the masses;embodying our governing idea that the Party is built for the public and it exercises state power for the people. Finally,the paper explicates the rules of the Party which rely on the masses to create the historical achievements.
