摘要
介绍了装配式建筑预制构件在运输与吊装阶段的具体工作流程,分析了预制构件在运输与吊装阶段存在的具体问题。针对运输阶段的具体问题,提出了构件运输路线选择、道路勘察、运输车辆型号选择、构件装车摆放方式、构件临时存放地选择等方面的解决措施。针对吊装阶段的具体问题,提出了安装临时支撑、起吊方式、吊装机械选择、构件灌浆料施工、人员素质提升等方面的应对措施。
This paper introduces the concrete work flow of prefabricated components in the two stages of transportation and hoisting,analyzes the specific problems existing in the stages of transportation and hoisting of prefabricated components,and puts forward the selection of transportation routes and road survey of prefabricated components.Transportation vehicle model selection,loading mode,component temporary storage selection and other measures are put forward.In view of the concrete problems in the stage of hoisting,some countermeasures are also proposed,such as temporary support for installation,hoisting mode,selection of hoisting machinery,construction of grouting material for components,promotion of personnel quality,etc.
