中西方大学文化建设比较分析及借鉴启示

A Comparative Analysis and Enlightenment of Cultural Construction of Chinese and Western Universities

大学文化建设是国家文化发展战略中的重要组成部分,不仅关系到大学生的健康成长,同时也对社会文化发展繁荣产生着影响。比较分析中西方大学文化建设,取长补短,对我国'双一流'大学建设具有十分重要的意义。剖析了中西方大学文化建设的异同,在此基础上得出了加强我国大学文化建设的六点借鉴启示:牢固树立以人为本理念,更加注重学生个性发展,发挥物质文化潜移默化作用,不断完善学校精神文化建设,进一步加强制度文化创新,建设与新时代同行的行为文化。

The construction of university culture is an important part of the national cultural development strategy,which is not only related to the healthy growth of college students,but also has an impact on the development and prosperity of social culture.A comparative study of the cultural construction of Chinese and western universities,taking advantage of their strengths and complementing their weaknesses,is of great significance to the construction of'double-first-class'universities in China.This article emphatically analyzes the common ground and difference of the cultural construction of Chinese and western universities,and combs the six points of reference of strengthening the construction of university culture of our country on this basis:firmly set up the idea of people-orientation,pay more attention to the development of students’personality,give full play to the role of material culture imperceptibly,constantly improve the construction of school spirit and culture,and further strengthen the innovation of system culture and construct the behavior culture with the new era.
