摘要
本文介绍了健康管理的概念及特点,通过对养老院老人的基本健康状况、护理人员的护理流程进行调研分析,得出现有的养老院在健康管理方面存在的不足。针对健康管理流程存在的问题,本文提出了健康管理的策略,以期为养老院中的老人探索出一套完善的健康管理设计体系。
This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of health management by the analysis of Current Situation and nursing flow-sheet for the elderly at Nursing Home,drawing the conclusion about shortcomings in the existing health management at nursing home。 In view of the existing problems in the health management process, this paper puts forward the strategy of health management, in order to explore a set of perfect health management design system for the elderly at nursing home.
