摘要 本文针对"互联网+"环境下,如何提升教师教育教学能力,为艺术设计教育培养优秀人才提出问题。以烟台地区高职类院校为例,教师通过与业内专业人事交流、沟通修改教学整体设计方案,分析了目前大多高职院校设计创新存在的问题,提出培养学生的"设计本性":要肩负起自身的责任,不仅仅从设计技术上,更要使新的思维、产品和物质空间与自然融合发展。在创新设计理念上,以市场的实际需求为依据,体现创新设计的自身价值,发扬本土文化,做可持续发展设计。 This paper puts forward questions about talent-cultivating mode in visual communication design education. Taking Higher Vocational College in Yantai area as an example, through the communicating with the industry professional personnel and modifying the whole design scheme of teaching, the article analyzes current problems that existing in the design innovation in higher vocational colleges. It proposes that it should cultivate students' nature of 'design'; not only talk their own responsibilities in the view of design technology, but also merge the new ideas and products with space and nature for development. According the actual needs of market and the concept of innovative design, the article makes sustainable design which reflects its value of innovative design and carry forward native culture.
