核辐射检测仪外观设计与表现分析

摘要 本文目的是研究核辐射检测仪的外观,通过分析现有市场产品造型的利弊,人机交互界面的合理性以及手握操作尺寸数据,确定梯形外观和"棒式"结构,材料方面从视感和触感进行论证最终筛选铝质材料作为主体机壳,并配有手柄部分黑色胶条的防滑设计,从生理、心理、警示色三个方面入手分析配色,经过论证最后选用黄黑搭配色。论述了设计定位、明确了外观及界面的设计方案,为今后相关产品的设计提供参考。 The purpose of this paper is to study the appearance of nuclear radiation detector. I'll decide the trapezoidal appearance and 'stick' structure of the nuclear radiation detector by analyzing the existing product design,rationality of manmachine interface and the data of hand operated size. I choose aluminum alloy as body material after researching on visual and tactile sensation of the material. The handle part has the non slip design which is equipped with black rubber strip. I choose yellow and black as the main color by analyzing the color from three aspects of physiological, psychological, warning color. This paper discusses the design orientation and the design scheme of the appearance and interface,which can provide references for the design of related products in the future.
