摘要
互联网产品根据不同的使用用户可以划分为两类产品:T o B(Business)产品和To C(Customer)产品。To B产品是面向企业用户的产品,而To C产品是面向个人、消费者的产品。本文将从交互设计角度出发,通过分析交互设计的本质,总结了To B产品和To C产品在设计宗旨和设计思路方面存在相同点;另外通过分析不同用户的特征,总结了To B产品和To C产品在产品定位、需求研究、功能逻辑上存在差异点。
Internet products according to different users can be divided into two categories of products, The B(Business) products and The C(Customer)products. The B products are designed for business users, and the C products are designed for customer。 This paper will start from the perspective of interaction design, by analyzing the nature of interaction design, summed up the B products and the C products in the design purpose and design ideas of the same point. In addition through the analysis of the characteristics of different users, summed up the B To products and C To products has differences in product positioning, demand research and functional logic.
