摘要
针对我国水源工程功能转换这一趋势,提出以水库供水调度线为控制,采用长系列等流量调节计算,建立以满足不同用户保证率为目标的可供水量计算分析方法。以三亚市赤田水库为例,通过长系列操作计算,确定同时满足生态环境需水、城镇供水、农业灌溉等多目标多保证率要求的水库最大可供水量,并分析城镇可供水量与用户保证率的变化关系和水源功能变化对设计供水能力的影响。该方法具有一定实用性和通用性,可为水库可供水量的计算提供参考。
Aiming at the tendency of the function change of water source project in China,a method for calculation and analysis on the available capacity of water supply with the target of meeting the guarantee rates of various users is established with the calculation on the equivalent flow regulation under the control of the reservoir water supply scheduling line. By taking Chitian Reservoir in Sanya of Hainan Province as a study case,the maximum available capacity of water supply from the reservoir that can meet the requirements on the multi-purposes and multi-guarantee rates of eco-environment water demand,urban water supply,agricultural irrigation,etc. is determined through the calculation on a long-series operation,and then both the changing relationship between the available capacity of urban water supply and the guarantee rate of user and the impact from the function change of water source on the design water supply capacity are analyzed as well. This method has a certain practicability and universality,and then can provide reference for the calculation of the available water supply of reservoir.
