摘要
以水电站库区取水对发电影响分析为研究对象,从三种不同思路给出取水对下游发电损失量计算模式,并进行对比分析;以浙江省某小型河道水力枢纽库区内取水纠纷为案例,定量分析水电站库区取水对下游发电的影响,提出的分析方法可为类似的水事纠纷调解提供技术支持。
By taking the impact of water drawing from reservoir area for hydropower station on its power generation as the study object,the mode of calculation on the power loss of downstream hydropower station because of the impact of the water drawing is given with three different concepts,and then a comparative analysis is given. Furthermore,based on the case of a water dispute caused by the water drawing from the reservoir area of a small sized hydropower project on river channel,the impact of water drawing from reservoir area for hydropower station on the downstream power generation is quantitatively analyzed; from which the analysis method proposed herein can provide a technical support for settling the similar water dispute.
