摘要
从供水工程自动化运行管理和使用的角度出发,探讨建立一套相对独立,又与供水工程管理系统密切关联的实时报警系统,提出了本系统在供水工程管理中所处的位置、系统结构和主要功能,并结合多媒体、互联网、移动通信等媒介,给出了系统的详细技术路线及实现,强调了自动报警系统在今后供水工程运行管理和维护中所起的枢纽作用。
From the aspect of the automatic management and operation of water supply project,the establishment of a set of realtime alarm system,which is relative independent but is closely associated with the management system of water supply project,is discussed and researched herein; in which the position,system structure and main functions of this system in the management of water supply project are put forward,and then the detail technical route and its realization are presented in combination with the media of multimedia,internet,mobile communication,etc.,furthermore,the role of a key link is to be played in the operation management and maintenance of the water supply project in the days to come by the automatic alarm system is emphasized as well.
