摘要
结合北京山丘区小流域山洪灾害防御的实践经验,利用统计学、水文、水力学的分析方法,计算了临界流量对应的临界频率,分析了该概率的累积分布区间点,进而确定了资料匮乏地区临界雨量的计算方法。该方法对我国北方地区在资料匮乏情况下,山洪灾害的防御具有很强的实用性和很高的推广价值。
In accordance with the practice of the prevention of mountain torrent disasters in the watersheds of hilly regions in Beijing,the criticalfrequency corresponding to the critical flow rate is calculated with the statistical,hydrological and hydraulic methods and the cumulative distribution interval points of the probability are analyzed,and then the method for calculating the critical rainfall in the data deficient region is determined as well. This method has strongerpracticability and higher popularization value for the prevention of mountain torrent disaster under the status of data deficiency for the regions in the north of China.
