摘要
受地形地质条件及生态环境的制约,老挝南梦3水电站压力管道施工采取了回填埋管的形式,不但节省了隧洞施工成本、减少了施工难度、加快了工程进度、节约了工程造价,而且有效保护了生态环境。经过近10年的运行,本工程的设计与施工的经济性、适应性、可靠性得到了充分验证,具有一定的推广应用前景。
Under the restrictions of both the topographical and geological condition and the eco-environment,the backfilled embedded pipeline is taken for the construction of the penstock of Nam Mang-III Hydropower Station in Laos; from which not only the tunneling cost is saved and the construction difficulty is reduced with an accelerated construction progress and saved project cost,but the eco-environment therein is also effectively protected. Through the operation for nearly 10 years,the economy,adaptability and reliability of the design and construction of this project are fully demonstrated,and then it has a certain prospect of popularization and application.
