特大型水电站发电机定子铁心磁化试验影响因素分析与验证

Analysis and demonstration on factors of influences onmagnetication test of generator stator core for super-large hydropower station

溪洛渡水电站大型水力发电机定子是在现场进行组装,根据定子磁化试验数据来检验定子铁心的安装质量。为了真实反映铁心磁化试验结果,本文结合溪洛渡水电站发电机定子铁心磁化试验,从试验设备参数的选取和试验结果的分析角度,总结出影响磁化试验的因素,并对其施工过程提出了一些建议,旨在为大型发电机定子的现场组装提供参考。

The stator of large hydraulic generator for Xiluodu Hydropower Station is assembled on site and the installing quality of the stator is verified by the data from the magnetication test of generator stator core. Combined with the magnetication test of generator stator core for Xiluodu Hydropower Station,the factors to influence the magnetication test are summarized herein from the aspects of the selection of the parameters of the testing equipment and the testing result,and then some suggestions are put forward for its construction process,so as to provide some references for the in situ assembling of the stator of the large hydraulic generator concerned.
