基于振动特性试验的大型混流式机组稳定性分析与评估 被引量:5

摘要 针对五强溪水电厂机组运行过程中振动摆度过大等设备问题,设计了混流式水电机组振动特性试验,以试验结果为依据,对混流式机组运行稳定性进行全面分析与评估。通过机组高、中、低多水头段的稳定性试验,分析了机械因素、电气因素、水力因素等振源对机组稳定性的影响;通过机组的大负荷调节试验,研究了调节过程对机组稳定性的影响;通过机组大负荷调节与稳态运行工况对比分析研究、开停机过渡过程分析研究,评价了过渡过程机组稳定性能,并在此基础上,提出了五强溪电厂机组优化运行措施,可保障设备安全稳定运行。 Aiming at the problem from the equipment that the over-swing of vibration from the turbine-generator unit in Wuqiangxi Hydropower Plant occurs during the operation,the vibration characteristics test for Francis turbine-generator unit is designed and then the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the operation stability of the turbine-generator unit are made on the basis of the test result. Firstly,through the stability test on the turbine-generator unit with high,medium and low water heads,the vibration sources,such as mechanical factors,electrical factors,hydraulic factors,etc. are analyzed; secondly,through the large load regulation test,the impacts from the regulation process on the stability of the turbine-generator unit are studied; and thirdly,through the comparative study on both the large load regulation and the steady operation condition of the turbine-generator unit as well as the analysis and study on the transition process of start-up and shut-down,the stability of the start-up and shut-down transition process of the turbine-generator unit are evaluated. On the basis of this,the optimized operation measures for the turbinegenerator unit in Wuqiangxi Hydropower Plant are put forward,which can guarantee the safe and stable operation of the equipment therein.
