摘要
以东坪水电厂3#灯泡贯流式水轮机转轮室伸缩节改造为例,分析灯泡贯流式水轮机转轮室伸缩节普遍存在漏水和压盖紧固螺栓断裂缺陷的机理。在研究国内外灯泡贯流式水轮机转轮室伸缩节结构异同点的基础上,创新了国内灯泡贯流式机组设计、制造、现场试验标准和安全评价标准,改造取得了伸缩节压盖紧固螺栓不断裂、运行不漏水的效果,对同类型电厂具有参考和借鉴意义。
By taking the improvement on the expansion joint for the runner chamber of the No. 3 bulb tubular turbine in Dongping Hydropower Station as the study case,the mechanisms of the defects of water leakage and the fracture of the gland fastening bolt normally existed on the expansion joint of the runner chamber are analyzed herein. On the basis of the study made on the similarities and differences among the structures of the expansion joints for the chambers of the bulb tubular turbines manufactured at home and abroad,the design,manufacture and in situ testing standards and safety assessment criteria for the bulb tubular turbine made in China are innovated,and then the effect of that the gland fastening bolt for the expansion joint is not fractured during the operation without any water leakage is got from the improvement,which can provide a reference for the similar power plant concerned.
