摘要
随着制造技术的进步,我国高水头电站开始采用800 MPa级B780CF国产高强度调质钢板用于制作引水系统压力钢管、钢岔管和蜗壳。B780CF高强度调质钢板具有很高的抗拉强度和冲击韧性,合金体系比较复杂,碳当量较高,焊接性较差。为了保障其焊接质量,需要有可靠的无损检测工艺,本文着重介绍根据钢岔管的结构和焊接缺陷形成特点,探讨合理、可行的超声波探伤工艺。
Following with the advance of the manufacturing technology,the domestic 800 MPa-B780 CF quenched and tempered high strength steel plate is adopted for the penstock,steel bifurcated pipe and spiral case of the high head hydropower stations in China. As the B780 CF quenched and tempered high strength steel plate has very high tensile strength and impacting toughness with a more complicated alloy system,higher carbon equivalent and poor weldability,a reliable non-destructive testing technology is necessary,so as to ensure the welding quality of it. The structure of the steel bifurcated pipe and the characteristics of the welding defects of it are emphatically described herein,and then a reasonable and feasible ultrasonic inspection technology is determined as well.
