摘要
三峡工程升船机齿条、螺母柱承载结构的结合和传力部位,首次选用了高强、无收缩、耐久性强的PAGEL接缝灌浆材料,消除了设备与埋件间受施工工艺缝隙狭窄、施工场地受限等影响因素,将灌浆材料和灌浆缝隙的受力和变形减到最小,确保了其流动性、凝结时间、抗压强度、抗折强度到达设计要求,这不仅为国内在PAGEL灌浆材料推广与应用提供了经验,而且也为同类材料的灌浆施工的监理与质量控制提供了借鉴。
The joint grouting material——PAGEL with the characteristics of high strength,non-shrinkage and strong durability is firstly adopted for the grouting of the linkage and power transmission parts of the rack bar and nut-column bearing structures of the ship-lift for the Three Gorges Project,thus the factors of the impacts between the equipment and the embedded parts from the narrow construction joint and the limited construction site are eliminated,and then the stress and the deformation of the grouting material and the grouted gap are minimized,while the fluidity,setting time,compressive strength and flexural strength of the grouting material are ensured as well; which not only provides some experiences for the popularization and application of PAGEL grouting material in China,but also gives some references for the supervision and quality control of the grouting construction with the similar materials.
