平衡杆法安装技术在溪洛渡水电站泄洪洞弧形闸门支铰安装中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 溪洛渡水电站弧形工作闸门设在泄洪洞中闸室。该潜孔弧形闸门及其支铰安装在支铰大梁反坡部位,空间狭小,安装吊装设备、设施布置难,天锚、地锚、临时吊梁、卷扬机系统等工装设备布置数量大,吊装极其困难。在总结现场实际条件基础上,采用了支铰平衡杆法安装技术,为支铰安装提供了有效技术保障,确保了工程质量、安全及安装工期。 The radial gate of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is arranged inside of the gate chamber of its flood discharge tunnel.The submerged radial gate and its support hinge are installed at the reverse slope of the trunnion beam for the hinge with a narrow space,and then the arrangement of the lifting equipment and facilities are difficult to be arranged therein,i.e.the number of the equipment,such as roof anchor,ground anchor,temporary lifting beam,windlass,etc.,for the installation is large,thus the lifting and installation are quite difficult.Based on the summarization of the actual in situ conditions,the balancing pole method is adopted for the installation of the supporting hinge,which provides an effective technical guarantee for the installation and ensures the construction quality,safety and period.
