对当前在建大型水电站合同管理困境的几点思考

Several considerations on predicament of contract management for large-sized hydropower station under construction

大型水电站工程投资大、施工工期长,合同执行过程中往往因为各种原因,质量管控难的现象较为明显,发包人、监理对项目的管理陷入质量、进度控制与投资控制相矛盾的两难境地之中,本文对此提出几点看法,以供参考。

As the investment for the large-sized hydropower project is huge with a long construction period,the phenomenon of that the quality is difficult to be managed and controlled is relatively obvious,which makes the project managements from both the developer and supervisor fall into a dilemma with the contradiction between the construction quality and progress control and the investment control,for which several considerations are put forward herein for reference.
