摘要
为确保高温季节大体积混凝土的施工质量,预冷混凝土被广泛应用于乌东德水电站的建设施工。针对施工需求,通过优化混凝土原材料的配合比,加强原材料质量检测、混凝土骨料预冷、加冰搅拌、运输管控等生产措施实现了预冷混凝土的质量控制,保证了工程进度的顺利进行。
In order to ensure the construction quality of mass concrete during high temperature season,the pre-cooled concrete is widely applied to the construction of Wudongde Hydropower Station. For the construction demand,the quality control of the precooled concrete is realized through the relevant production measures,such as optimizing concrete mixing ratio of raw materials,strengthening quality inspection of raw materials,pre-cooling concrete aggregate,mixing with ice,transport management and control,etc.,and then,a smooth construction progress is guaranteed.
