摘要
竖井被广泛应用于水利水电工程的取水、引水、通排风、溜渣、补气,竖井施工具有占地面积小、对周边施工干扰少等特点。然而,竖井施工空间小、工期长、登高及临边作业多、通行不便,导致竖井施工的安全风险突出。本文结合溪洛渡、乌东德水电站左岸地下电站工程的竖井施工情况,分析竖井施工安全风险,从临建布设、施工资源配置、工法比选及施工程序固化等环节,全面总结了竖井施工安全管理技术。
Combined with the constructions of both the shaft of Xiluodu Hydropower Station and the shaft of the left bank underground powerhouse for Wudongde Hydropower Station,the safety risk from the construction of shaft is analyzed herein,for which the safety management technology for shaft construction is fully summarized from the aspects of the layout of temporary facilities,allocation of construction resources,solidification of construction procedures,etc.
