向阳圩决口封堵抢险方案及施工关键技术 被引量:4

摘要 2016年6月20日,受连日来强降雨影响,江西省鄱阳县滨田河向阳圩发生决口,武警水电第二总队奉命承担决口封堵任务。在抢险施工过程中,通过科学研判分析,优选了机械化双向立堵方案,制定了"水下抛填推进、水上分层碾压、双向对进封堵、两侧石渣护面"的处置措施。特别是克服了道路狭窄、封堵石料不足等不利条件,采用合理优化道路交通、科学选用封堵物料、改善决口水力条件、严格控制碾压参数等关键技术措施,实现了快速封堵目的。总结决口封堵的技术措施,能为类似工程险情处置提供有益的参考。 On June 20,2016,a breach occurs on Xiangyangwei Embankment of Bintianhe River in Poyang County under the impact from the rainstorms for several consecutive days.Under the relevant order,the No.2 General Team of Armed Police Hydropower Troops undertakes the task of closing up the breach.During the risk-elimination construction,the scheme of mechanized double-direction vertical closure is optimized through the scientific study and analysis concerned,and then the treatment measures,i.e.underwater dumping advance,overwater rolling in layers,double-direction opposite advances,stone ballast pavements on both the sides,are made as well.Especially,the unfavorable conditions such as narrow road,deficiency of stone materials for the closure,etc.are overcome,while the key technical measures,e.g.reasonable optimization of road traffic,scientific selection of closure materials,improvement of the hydraulic condition at the breach,strict control of the rolling parameters,etc.,are adopted,thus a rapid closure is realized.Summarizing these effective and feasible technical measures can provide some beneficial references for dealing with the similar dangerous situations.
