黄梅县考田河堤决口封堵处置方案

在黄梅县考田河堤身决口封堵过程中,水电部队充分发挥自身技术装备优势,克服决口水位高、交通差等困难,制定了双向机械化立堵方案,采用了"抢筑裹头保护、石渣戗堤进占、大块石突击合龙、黏土抛填闭气、加高加固复堤"技术战法。连续56h施工,提前2d实现决口合龙,圆满完成了决口封堵任务。本次决口封堵的成功处置,为今后高水位下决口封堵提供了很好的借鉴。

During the construction of closuring the breach of Kaotianhe River Embankment in Huangmei County,the selfadvantage of technical equipment of the Armed Police Hydropower Troops is brought into full play,from which the difficulties of high water level at the breach,poor traffic conditions,etc.are overcome,the risk-elimination scheme of doubledirection mechanized vertical closuring is made and the construction method of quick construction of protection for embankment tip,stone ballast dike advance,fast closuring with big rock block,clay dumping for closuring,heightening and strengthening for embankment restoration,etc.is adopted.After the construction for 56 hours,the closure of the breach is realized for two days in advance,thus the task of the breach-closuring task is satisfactorily finished.The successful treatment of the embankment breach can provide a better reference for the breach-closuring under the condition of high water level.
