浅析三峡升船机消防系统安装监理工作

Brief analysis on installation supervision of fire-fighting system for Three Gorges Ship Lift

三峡升船机建设期间,施工精度要求高、质量标准严、无成熟经验可借鉴,监理人员在深入理解设计要求基础上,对施工质量标准进行梳理,确定监理质量控制点。通过对关键工序的全过程控制,及时总结完善质量控制经验,推进现场施工质量管理水平。为了交流三峡升船机消防系统监理工作中的经验,结合三峡升船机消防系统安装监理工作,从安装难点、质量控制措施、安全控制措施等方面进行了分析。研究成果为类似工程消防系统设计和施工提供参考与借鉴。

During the construction of the Three Gorges Ship Lift,the construction accuracy is high with strict quality standards,for which no mature experiences are there to be taken as the references,and then the construction quality standards are sorted out by the supervisor on the basis of deep understanding of the design requirement,thus the control points of the supervision quality are determined. Through the whole process control of the key working procedures,the quality control experiences are summarized and perfected in time for enhancing the in situ construction quality control level. In order to exchange the experiences obtained from the supervision of the fire-fighting system for the Three Gorges Ship Lift,the analyses are made herein in the aspects of installation difficulties,quality control measures,safety control measures,etc. in combination with the supervision of the installation of the Three Gorges Ship Lift. The study result can provide references for the design and construction of the fire-fighting system for the similar project.
