摘要
为确保地下工程施工安全,预应力锚杆施工质量尤为关键。白鹤滩水电站左岸地下厂房预应力锚杆设计张拉力为150 k N,采取了锚固段用卷式锚固剂、张拉段用水泥砂浆灌注的方式施工。在正式施工前进行了预应力锚杆现场生产性试验,确定了合理的施工机械、材料、工艺流程、技术参数,验证了张拉指标。试验确定的卷式锚固剂施工工艺在白鹤滩地下厂房预应力锚杆工程中得到了成功应用。
In order to ensure the construction safety of underground project,the construction quality of prestress anchoring bolt is quite important. The design tensile force of the anchoring bolt for the left-bank underground powerhouse of Baihetan Hydropower Station is 150 k N and the construction mode of that coil-type anchorage agent is applied to the anchoring section and cement mortar grouting is applied to the tensile section is adopted. Before the actual construction,an in situ productive experiment of the prestress anchoring bolt is made,and then the reasonable construction machineries,materials,technological processes,technical parameters,etc. are determined,while the tension index is verified as well. The construction technology for the coil-type anchorage agent determined from the experiment is successively applied to the construction of the prestress anchoring bolt for the underground powerhouse of Baihetan Hydropower Station.
