摘要
根据白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞进水塔及洞身上平段固结灌浆设计蓝图和技术要求,灌浆宜在有盖重混凝土条件下进行。在实际开工前,为了不与混凝土备仓浇筑相互制约,减少隧洞内先衬砌后灌浆留下的钻孔和预埋管孔洞对混凝土整体性的影响,经有关研讨后决定改用无盖重固结灌浆工艺施工。
In accordance with the design drawings and technical requirements of the consolidation grouting for the intake tower and the upper-horizontal section of the spillway tunnel for Baihetan Hydropower Station,the grouting is favorable to be carried out under the condition without covering concrete. Before the actual start of the project,it is considered that as the relevant drilling holes and the holes for the pre-embedded pipelines those are necessary to be remained due to the technologies for avoiding the interrestriction with the concrete preparation for placement and reducing the phenomenon of lining at first and then grouting are to impact on the integration of the concrete,it is decided to replace the original construction method with the technology of consolidation grouting without cover-weight through the discussion and study concerned.
