摘要
混凝土面板堆石坝作为一种重要的当地材料坝在我国西部地区应用广泛。然而,此类地区混凝土面板的开裂现象也屡见不鲜。作为堆石坝主要的防渗结构,面板一旦开裂将会严重影响坝体耐久性及安全性。为了明确堆石坝面板施工期温度、应力特性,依托阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程堆石坝面板防裂研究工作,以精细化仿真分析为手段,系统分析了影响堆石坝面板温度应力时空分布特性的各种因素,明确了各种防裂措施对面板温度应力特性的影响,为施工期面板防裂提出了明确的建议。
As a kind of an important local material dam,the concrete face rockfill dam is widely used in the West China. Howev-er,the cracking phenomena of the concrete face slab for this kind of dam are common in those regions. As the main anti-seepagestructure for the rockfill dam,once cracks occur on the face slab,the durability and safety of the dam are to be seriously impact-ed. In order to find out the temperature stress characteristics of the concrete face slab for the rockfill dam during construction,allthe factors of the impacts on the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the temperature stress are systematically ana-lyzed by means of refined simulation analysis in accordance with the study on the crack prevention of the concrete face slab for therockfill dam of Altash Water Control Project,thus the effects of various crack prevention measures on the temperature stress char-acteristics are defined and then the relevant definite suggestions on the crack prevention of the concrete face slab during construc-tion are proposed as well.
