骨料品种对抵抗推移质泥沙颗粒磨蚀的混凝土性能影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用不同品种的骨料配制混凝土,通过室内和现场抗冲磨试验,研究骨料种类对混凝土抗冲磨性的影响。通过研究发现:(1)使用铁矿砂石配制的混凝土抗压强度和抗冲磨性均高于天然骨料配制的混凝土;(2)赤铁矿制成的粗细骨料配制的混凝土抗压强度和抗冲磨性优于褐铁矿制成的粗细骨料配制的混凝土;(3)粗骨料强度越高,配制的混凝土抗冲磨性能越高,究其原因是凸起的粗骨料保护了混凝土砂浆层,避免了推移质泥沙颗粒继续切割混凝土,从而减缓了混凝土的继续磨蚀。 Use different kinds of aggregate to make concrete, study on the effect of aggregate variety on the concrete performance of abrasion resistance by indoor and on-site anti-impact wear test. The result shows that(1) the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of iron ore sand concrete are higher than that of natural aggregate concrete;(2) the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of coarse and fine aggregate concrete made of hematite are better than that made of limonite;(3) the higher the coarse aggregate strength, the higher performance of abrasion-erosion resistance the concrete. The reason is that the raised coarse aggregate protect the concrete mortar layer which avoiding the continuous cutting of concrete with bedload sediment particles.Thus slow down the continuous abrasion.
