盾构机土仓压力平衡系统混合建模方法研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 土压平衡(earth pressure balance, EPB)盾构机已经广泛应用于软土、沙砾土、卵石土和风化岩层的隧道施工中。盾构机土仓压力的精确控制对于保证盾构机掘进的安全施工和控制地表的沉降与隆起具有重要的意义。盾构机土仓压力平衡系统的控制依赖于高性能的系统动态模型,而机理模型与基于神经网络的统计模型两种经典建模方法已经无法满足预测精度高、在线更新能力强的高性能模型要求,如何将机理模型与统计模型融合起来,充分发挥各自的优点,已经成为混合建模的热点问题。对目前盾构机土仓压力平衡系统混合建模方法进行综述,分别阐述了以机理模型为主、神经网络作为辅助以及在线混合建模方法的发展,并在最后进行了总结。 The earth pressure balance shield machine has been widely used in tunnel construction in soft soil,gravel soil,pebble soil and weathered rock stratum.Precise control of earth soil pressure of shield machine is of great significance for ensuring safe construction of shield machine and controlling settlement and uplift of ground surface.The control of pressure balance system in soil chamber of shield machine depends on the high performance system dynamic model.However,two classical modeling methods,mechanism model and statistical model based on neural network,have been unable to meet the requirements of high-performance models with high prediction accuracy and on-line renewal ability.How to integrate mechanism model and statistical model to give full play to their respective advantages has become a hot spots in hybrid modeling.This paper summarizes the current hybrid modeling methods for pressure balance system in soil chamber of shield machine.The development of hybrid modeling methods based on mechanism model,assisted by neural network and on-line hybrid modeling methods are described respectively.Finally,the development of hybrid modeling methods were summarizes.
